Hey everyone, I hope you all had a nice weekend. Not too much news over the weekend really. Some rumor regarding Tyranids are starting to surface but they are relatively minor and some seem to be a bit conflicting. For anyone interested in that there is a few sites such as BoLS and Natfka's blog where these can be viewed. My little bit of interesting news to me was the release of the Horus Heresy era Iron Hands unit: the Medusan Immortals, which followed on the heels of the new Primarch release of Lorgar.
First off, this unit looks great. lots of details have been added to these, making what would look to be a relatively uninteresting breacher squad have a much more cool aesthetic. Can't wait to see what else emerges in the next few months. There are still a ton of new releases to be made for the 30k expansion, including the Death Guard Grave Wardens Terminators which already looked terrific as just WIP models when they were shown.
I really like the releases coming from GW and FW these days, but i have to say, i really like 30k. It just feels a lot more "grown up" in terms of its overall unit designs and game-play balance. If anyone hasn't had a chance to check it out yet i highly recommend it. you will not be disappointed :)
